Remove Accents
Strip diacritics and accents from text (café → cafe) using Unicode normalization.
Without accents
Uses Unicode NFD normalization to strip combining marks, plus a small map for letters that don't decompose (ø, ł, æ, ß…). Non-Latin scripts are left as-is. Runs locally.
